MOBAPAY reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account for any reason, especially when there's a breach of the Terms and Conditions.

• If an account gets shut down because of a rules violation, the funds left in that account may be forfeited.
• Until your KYC verification is completed, your ability to withdraw could be put on hold.
• You're also free to close your account at any time. In that case, whatever balance is left will be returned to you.
• Accounts that stay inactive for 12 consecutive months may be charged a monthly inactivity fee.
